Book online
Contact us at least 48 hours before your train departure. Sharing your travel plans early helps us organise our team and ensures everything runs smoothly. With your booking in place, you can relax and look forward to a stress-free train journey from Kandy to Ella or any variations.
In case travel plans changed. You can reschedule or cancel your luggage transfer anytime, giving you full flexibility to match your new train journey. It’s easy and stress-free, so your travel plans stay worry-free.

Drop off
Once your booking is confirmed, a team member will arrive at your agreed pickup location about 30 minutes before your train departure. You’ll fill out a small luggage details form, and then we carefully load your bags onto our vehicle for safe transport.
Your luggage is delivered to the agreed train station, hotel, homestay, or any location you choose. The person receiving the bags fills out a handover form and takes a few photos. We then send you a confirmation via WhatsApp and email once the transfer is complete.
